The Senior Support Engineer is expected to:
Install and maintain CallREC and Quality Management Suite
Analyze and solve issues in customer production systems
Contribute new and original ideas for solving issues

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
The candidate shall be able to work as part of the Support team and we expect:
Min. 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux system administration
Understanding of IP networks
Knowledge of SQL syntax, PostgreSQL or Oracle database
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
Willingness to constantly learn new things
We will appreciate
Knowledge of CISCO IP telephony
Overall knowledge of IPCC/Genesys contact center platforms
Experience in PostgreSQL/Oracle administration
